From The UN33 Team,

Our first event to clean up the cherry creek trail was a huge success. With much love we’d like to thank the City of Denver Parks Division for their coordination, safety teams, marketing and hands on assistance “on the mission”, Voodoo Donuts for feeding the crowd, and Mother Nature for wonderful weather. We would also like to thank the hundreds of people who showed up on the trail and in the trenches with us. Our volunteers and recruits along the path worked hard to capture bag after bag of debris from along the paths - it was truly an experience that taught us many lessons such as these,

• Caring for our environment created unity in many ways - organizationally, individually and with the planet.

• There is a lot of work on the front end to make change happen and we benefited greatly from the support of others.

• The smiles on everyone’s faces as they witnessed a group take action, made all our efforts worth it.

• We each bring our own talents to this life and sharing them with others is truly a blessing.
